Today the deputy minister of Finance of the RA Pavel Safaryan presented the distribution of the 2013 state budget according to the spheres. Thus, the Ministry of Emergency Situations is to get 7.4 billion drams (a 18% increase compared to last year), which was predetermined by the payment of the income tax along with the regular salary. Police of the RA had an increase of 506 billion drams (2202%) which was again determined by the income tax law requirements. The same implication was in National Security (14.3 billion drams).
