The former PM of Armenia, ANC representative in NA Hrant Bagratyan had an interview with “168 Hours” daily covering the issue of RA president Serzh Sargsyan’s governmental session criticism and its possible effects. Responding on the reason for TV broadcast of the session Bagratyan noted that “there are two approaches. First is that the president prepares grounds for position changes. Secondly he wants to really express his dissatisfaction. His step is a bit vague for me, but this is a sign for the government that the president himself doesn’t believe the estimates presented by the government. Still in march 10, Serzh Sargsyan presented the outline of the country. His reproaches point that he joins the crowd dissatisfied with the existing problems. But God knows, whether he will change the PM or not. One thing is clear that for the first time he disagreed with government. This will lead to certain distance between the president and the government.”
To the comment that such strict estimates towards government directly refer to the recent talks of changing the PM, Bagratyan said that Serzh Sargsyan pinpoints that in February only the question of the PM is to be solved, the president’s one being clear, and that he directs the political powers to struggle maximum for the PM’s chair. The former PM mentioned that if he were Tigran Sargsyan he would present self-renouncement. “ Outside government, Tigran sargsyan becomes inefficient. But he has managed to earn quite a lot of money. We see the poor state of the report-accounts, budget, the Central bank, his stupid reforms, we see his businesses and the actions of his relatives. So to say, unlike me Tigran Sargsyan has earned money. He can’t even leave by his solicitation, even if he does, he will go as a person having ruined everything.
