The attitude of the international community on the issue of pardon and extradition of Ramil Safarov was definite and today favorable conditions are created for the Armenian side. This was announced by Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian, answering the question of the head of “Heritage” party whether the time for the recognition of the NKR’s independence has come on the background of Safarov’s extradition.
Nalbandian noted that Armenia should continue to pursue its calm policy, which was adopted by the international community. “During our last discussion I said that Armenia will continue its efforts towards the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh people’s right and the implementation of its international recognition. This is the basis of our negotiations and no one can have a different opinion on this, “he said.
