“It’s a mistake that the salaries of employees will decrease, we have discussed the law change for a long time whether there is enough grounds for the income of employees not to decrease and what the state does in this direction.” – announced the minister of Finance of RA Vache Gabrielyan.
According to minister’s words the nominal wages of the employers will be raised and the tax money will be sent to state income committee. If someone decides to pay less to the employees, he will pay less tax and in that case he will have to deal with SIC. According to him this is obvious: “There is no employer in RA that paying the same taxes will decide to pay less,”- said V. Gabrielyan.
The minister of employment and social issues Artem Asatryan mentioned that there is a problem to focus all the accounts of employers in the field of pension reforms. The changes assume that there will be a single report since January, 2013. He said they will start widely informing the employers in September.
“If 100 thousands’ AMD salary was paid, the employer will pay 19 thousand AMD social payments, 3 thousand AMD from the employee’s salary and 6450 AMD income tax. So, the salary will be 90,550 AMD. The employer must raise the salary by 775 AMD to take a single income tax.”- said the minister.
