On August 29th, 2012, at 14:00, in Court of First Instance of Kentron and Norq-Marash districts of Yerevan (address Yerevan, st. Tbilisyan causeway 3/9. 2nd floor, number 2 session hall) the verdict on Arthur Saqunc vs. Ruben Hayrapetyan trial will be announced.
The plaintiff demands to make Ruben Hayrapetyan apologize and as a compensation to demand 1 cent in favor of Arthur Saqunc.
We remind that the cause of Arthur Saqunc suit was the “Additional Time” TV program screened on May 25th, 2012 on Armenian public TV, where the guest of the program, the president of Armenian Football Federation Ruben Hayrapetyan used these phrases: “When I want to found a football school in place where there are no trees, or bushes, a lousy appeared from nowhere with strange earrings and started a trial against us, city hall and council. They get the so-called grants and discredit everything.”
