In June 2012 the real estate transactions have been implemented in 14 thousand 182 times, which compared to May 2012 has increased by 1.7% and compared to June 2011 is down to 16.4%.
In Yerevan in June 2012 as compared to May 2012, the real estate market for multi-residential buildings fell for 4.9 %, and compared to June 2011 it fell over
21.8%. Compared to May 2012, in June the average market price for 1 square meter basis of multi-residential buildings has risen over 0.8% in Yerevan but in the other cities of the republic the average market price for 1 square meter basis, as compared to May, has risen over 0.7 % in June 2012.
