The First Channel reported that it is possible to vote in favor of Brunette, the representative of Armenia in Eurovision, and from countries not participating in the competition.
“It is necessary to enter www.esc.vote website and make sure that your bank and phone cards are internationally recognized. For example, if you want to vote in the US, your bank and phone cards must be American.
You can vote 20 times at once from one bank card. If you want to cast 20 votes in favor of Armenia, you must do so simultaneously because it is impossible to vote a second time with one card.
The vote made in this way will be considered as a vote received from one country,” the statement said.
