The US Embassy in Armenia reports that ambassador Quinn attended the unique concert of the Naghash ensemble at the Arno Babajanyan concert hall yesterday.
The ambassador congratulated them for their impressive performances and wished them success in their American tour supported by the US Department of State Center Stage program. The Naghash ensemble will present the rich Armenian musical heritage to the American audience.
The talented singers and musicians of the Naghash ensemble combine the spirituality of Armenian folk songs with the energy of new classical music and modern post-minimalism, rock, and jazz.
