Ervand Zagharyan, who was the director of Real Estate Cadastre since 2009, in the declaration of asserts and income presented to the ethics committee of senior officials, has not declared any real or personal property, security or investment, loan or more than 8 million worth property.
Instead, he has a bank account with a sum of 40 million drams. And as the Commission reported to “1in.am News and Analysis,” it is clear from the declaration that Ervand Zagharyan’s only income is his salary, 3 million 399 thousand AMD per year(about 283 thousand AMD per month).
This, of course, gives reason for thinking; everyone agrees that nowadays, a man would hardly manage to keep his family with such a salary, at the same time manages to do savings in the bank accounts.
It should be added that on Zina Zagharyan’s declaration any real or personal property is not indicated, or more than 8 million drams’ worth valuable property.
A simple question rises here; Where do Zagharyans get their millions from?
