Another source reports Tsarukyan met Sargsyan about a week ago and informed about his firm decision to put his candidacy for the elections. Tsarukyan said the decision was not spontaneous and was not made within a night. It is another question that he takes the advantage of the electoral code book to announce his decision later. He stated this was a good opportunity to listen to other fractions’ opinions too.
