The Sisian branch of Armenian National Congress has not yet decided whether it will run a candidate in the elections of Mayor and City Council on September 9 or not.
This was reported in the interview with “1in.am News and Analysis” by the head of ANC Sisian branch Kamo Safrazyan when speaking about the elections.
He mentioned that at this moment there is no decision, it is in the process of discussion. He didn’t exclude the possibility of not having a candidate.
“Supporting the candidate of this or that party depends on what the central office of ANC will decide. What ANC decides, we will be guided by it. If it is decided to support the PAP candidate, we will do so.” – noticed Kamo Safrazyan.
We note that the candidacies must be nominated till August 10.
