The criminal persecution of Former Foreign Minister of Armenia, “Prosperous Armenia” party member Oskanian was allowed by the United States. This was reported on October 11, at press conference by “Karabakh” committee member Ashot Manucharyan.
He also said he does not believe that the U.S. ambassador was unable to prevent the prosecution of this or that person. “That means they mostly do not mind. Armenia has become a subject for struggle between the United States and Russia and the main lever to rule Armenia is to capture the post of the President. According to Manucharyan, that’s why the U.S. with such small kicks tries to weaken and neutralize Russia’s main weapon.
