In Vazadzor city, regional center of Lori , during the previous years about 110 multi flat buildings’ roofs have been repaired, 49 buildings were sponsored by the Government Fund and the other 61 was sponsored by the Local Community fund. By the way, from now on the residents themselves must participate in the support, by paying the 10 % for the reconstruction. The head of Vanadzor Municipality, condominiums and apartments economy department, Grisha Paravyan, noted that these conditions are required and the people are eager to support.
Grisha Paravyan told “1in am news and analyses” that in the past, “when the roofs of the buildings were reconstructed, the residents didn’t keep it properly, but ,since, now they pay some money, I’m sure that they will do their best to keep the roofs in good condition as long as possible. Therefore, residents should be involved in the reconstruction.”
