The victim’s side after finding out the details of the criminal case of “Harsnaqar” during which doctor Vahe Avetyan died, presented petitions, which, however, were rejected by the investigation agency.
The attorney of the military doctor’s side presented quite extensive petitions, which show the investigating agency’s shortcomings and gross errors. One of them refers to the elimination of charge, which means that what happened with Vahe Avetyan should be qualified as a murder, and not serious body injury.
In addition, they spoke about the lawyers’ observation that the issue of relevance of Ruben Hayrapetyan is ignored, and as the telephone investigations show, 5 of 6 bodyguards on that day accompanied him to Sevan and spent the majority of time together.
In the intermediation the lawyers also referred to the issue of telephone decipherments of the accused, which may contain important information on the case.
Now they must have understood why the investigating body rejected the petitions of lawyers, anyway the reassurances about the denial of the petitions do not satisfy the legal representatives of the injured side even today.

The lawyer also said that the decision will be appealed in the procurator’s office.
