During the last 4 days there was nobody in Armenia who was indifferent to this tragedy. Everybody was praying for Diana Sirunyan.
On August 18th after hearing of the former head of Vano Siradeghyan’s bodyguard Suren Sirunyan’s death, his 16-year-old daughter Diana Sirunyan made a suicide attempt jumping from the fifth floor window.
Everybody was shocked by her death.
Diana was studying at school N83 after Hambardzum Galstyan and she wanted to become a lawyer. Her teacher can’t talk about her in the past tense: “She was a perfect pupil, responsible, humane, devoted, and cheerful.”
The classmates don’t believe that they won’t see their Dinok in September. While she was struggling for life in the hospital, her friends were praying for her survival. “Dian don’t give up, it were you who was always saying to struggle till the end. It’s your turn to struggle. All your relatives, all Yerevan and all Armenia are with you.”
The deputy of Yerevan Police chief Robert Melqonyan also wrote on his Facebook page. “I feel so sorry for the loss of Diana Sirunyan. I don’t know whether I will be understood correctly, but may be the soul so much loving her father should have joined him.”
Dinul passed way and it will take time to get used to the absence of a real friend, a familiar and warm person.
