RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that before and after 2020, their government gave Nagorno-Karabakh everything they needed; “After 2020, we have given more than 1 billion dollars to Nagorno-Karabakh.” According to him, “Even under those conditions, the representatives of the Kara-feudal elite of Nagorno-Karabakh, who were toasting and accusing us of treason, surrendered in two hours.
