Lusine Avanesyan, spokesperson of the Artsakh president, referred to information from Azerbaijani sources that humanitarian cargo is being sent from Baku to Stepanakert under the auspices of the Red Crescent via Aghdam.
“Azerbaijani sources spread information today about sending humanitarian cargo from Baku to Stepanakert under the auspices of the Red Crescent. However, there was no agreement on this issue with the Artsakh side. Therefore, that step aims to deepen the existing problems rather than solve them.
The issue of restarting the Kashatagh (Lachin) corridor under the established regime was and remains a priority, and any dialogue with the Azerbaijani side should first be held on this issue.
