Russia is ready for dialogue on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, but for this, it is necessary to encourage negotiations with Western curators in Kyiv. The Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Patrushev, announced this at the meeting with the high representatives of the BRICS countries in Johannesburg during the conference of those responsible for security issues (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa).
“I want to emphasize that Russia is ready for dialogue, as it has stated many times, but it is necessary to encourage negotiations exclusively by the Western curators of the Kiev regime, which has forbidden it to negotiate with our country,” said Patrushev.
