The German industrial concern ThyssenKrupp intends to participate in the tender for the supply of six submarines for the Indian Navy. According to “The Economic Times,” German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius, who is in New Delhi on a visit, confirmed this information.
Bloomberg reported that ThyssenKrupp and the Indian shipyard Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited intend to jointly participate in the tender to supply six submarines to the Indian Navy worth $5.2 billion,
