Online registration and a hotline have been launched in Moscow for people who want to enter the service under a contract. As the official website of the mayor of Moscow reports, applications are accepted from Muscovites, residents of other regions, and foreign citizens.
Earlier, citing sources, Bloomberg reported that the Russian authorities intend to recruit up to 400,000 volunteers to participate in the war. According to the agency’s interlocutors, the Kremlin hopes to avoid another wave of forced mobilization.
