According to the data released by the Armenian State Cadastre, the prices of the real estate continue falling down during the first five months of this year, which is not consonant with the socio-economic parameters, writes the “Armenian time” and adds.
“Comparing with the last year’s first 5 months, the decrease rate of this year’s real estate prices is much higher. The important fact is that there is also a decrease in the number of real estate transactions. This is the third year in a row that real estate prices are reported to go down”.
