“In the last months there were several connection failures causing serious problems in “ArmenTel”. It resulted in the fact that several subscribers have written a solicitation to the president of the Commission of Public service control Robert Nazaryan demanding to deprive “ArmenTel” of license, as it is already the third time in the last few months that the connection is blocked by 5 or 6 hours” – writes “Hraparak” and adds:
“We got informed that though “ArmenTel” does not confess publicly, but the blockings are mysterious and they are repeated by an interval of 30-40 days and the experts can’t find the reason. One can suppose that this is done by the rivals, but “ArnenTel” refrains from public announcements”.
