On December 27 the Vice Prime Minister of Armenia and the Minister of the Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan received the delegation of the World Bank, headed by Ivan Drabek, the chief of the Social Investment Programs in Armenia.
According to the Russian media, at the meeting there was also present Ashot Kirakosyan, the Executive Director of the Social Investments Program in Armenia.
During the meeting they discussed the possibilities of the continuation and the mechanisms of the realization of the Social Investments Program in Armenia, also the issues concerning the diversification of the funding of the program and the inclusion of other donors, except the WB.
Drabek presented to the Vice Prime Minister the results of the forum “Perspectives of Social Investment funds in Armenia and in Moldova,” held in Yerevan on December 24-25.
