Today on December 14 “Chukhajyanfest” will present a concert dedicated to composer Vardan Achemyan. The State Youth Orchestra will present Achemyan’s symphony No. 3 for strings, the concerto for flute and chamber ensemble, the concert-poem “The theatre of the tune” and the “Adventures” for alt saxophone, piano and string orchestra.
The evening will be full of world and Armenian premiers.the soloists are: Gevorg Avetisyan (flute), Arus Achemyan (piano), Armen Hyusnunts (alt saxophone).
The festival carrying the name of the great Armenian composer Chukhadjyan has been taking place since 2010.
