Each year the “Transparency International” (TI) anti-corruption organization presents the corruption comprehending index (CCI) in around 176 countries worldwide.
As the head of the TI Varuzhan Hoktanyan informed they have elaborated a scale of 100 levels according to the fact how the public sector of a country comprehends the corruption.
According to the scale, as Hoktanyan reports, Denmark, Finland and New Zelnd have the highest indexes of comprehending the corruption (90). The countries having the lowest CCI are Afganistan, North Korea and Somali. Hoktanyan stated the absence of the CCI in these countries urges a deeper struggle against the governments. The countries in the Eurozone which have suffered the most from the economic crisis recently, have the lowest CCI too.
Out of the region Estonia is the country that has the highest CCI and occupies 32nd level of the classification.

According to Hoktanyan Turkey is in comparatively more favorable position from the neighborhood having the 49th place, Iran and Azerbaijan share correspondingly 28 and 27 indexes.
