Rumors are circulating that the head of the State Revenue Committee Gagik Khachatryan, along with being the head of a state institution, is also engaged in various businesses- telecommunications, import and sale of equipment, food and cars, taxi service, dairy and grain products manufacturing, customs terminal, etc.
In order to save Khachatrysan’s honest name, “First News and Analyses” asked the SRC to clarify, which enterprises belong to him, but the department of public relations and information of the SRC denied answering. Actually, such departments or sections are created in the agencies to answer public information requests about their structure or the head.
People say that silence is a sign of agreement. Thus, it can be assumed that if the SRC does not give any comment on these issues, then they are true and all these businesses are owned by Gagik Khachatryan.
