Anastasiya Petryk from Ukraine received a total of 138 points with her song Nebo (Sky) and became the winner of the 10th Junior Eurovision . Last year’s winner Georgia, with The Funkids, finished second with 103 points and Armenia’s Compass Band finished third with 98 points.
The 10th Junior Eurovision was held in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Little Petrik lives in Odessa, studies at school and along with it she is having additional vocal courses.
We should recall that her sister Victoria had participated in the 9th Junior Eurovisiion and was the second.
Children from 10-15 years can only participate in the Junior Eurovision.
The first Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC) took place in Copenhagen (Denmark) on 15 November 2003 and was an instant international hit. Since then it has taken place in Lillehammer (Norway), Hasselt (Belgium), Bucharest (Romania), Rotterdam (The Netherlands), Lemesos (Cyprus), Kyiv (Ukraine), Minsk (Belarus) and Yerevan (Armenia).
