According to him, If South Caucasus is an important region for Europe, there may be a direct strategic omission in case of refusal of ambitious programs and observing everything from principles of trade.
“For Armenian power system this is the best mode of relationship: improvements will be implemented without political obligations, by chance or convenience, which “will be paid” by the European Union. However, this policy has no prospect for Armenia and the European Union. Armenian-European relationship can only be viable in case of availability of strategic perspectives and support mechanisms.” concluded Hovhan Mandakuni.
