Expert Edgar Vardanyan stated today that Raffi Hovhannisian gets into the political struggle to eliminate the factors hampering the elections as such. According to the expert, Hovhannisian believes his participation in the presidential elections will change the political atmosphere both in home and foreign affairs strategies led by the country.
Vardanyan examined Hovhannisian’s recent approaches and came to the conclusion that the latter was struggling for the system change, not the new ruling elite formation process initiation. This is the reason, Vardanyan thinks; Hovhannisian will strive to attract civic society attention on his presidential campaign.
