Press service of RA National assembly told our News Agency that Hovik Abrahamyan, NA speaker, while being in Czech Republic, today, October 1, met with First Deputy PM and MFA of Czech Republic, Karel Szhwarzenberg.
As reported, Szhwarzenberg warmly welcomed Armenian delegation stressed that Abrahamyan’s visit will be a good chance to deepen the cooperation between Armenia and Czech Republic.
During the meeting the MFA touched upon the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and stressed that only through peaceful negotiations, led by OSCE Minsk Group, the conflict will be resolved, otherwise the region will be in a great danger.
Abrahamyan thanked the high official for a warm welcome and noted that Armenian side is also eager to develop the relation with Czech Republic.
The source informs that Abrahamyan talked about Armenia-EU cooperation and stressed that there is a huge progress in it.
According to Abrahamyan , the best way to deepen the cooperation between Armenia and Czech Republic is to make a visa free regime between the countries.
