Press Service of Armenian Foreign Ministry told our News Agency that famous Egyptian-Armenian writer, Perch Terzyan, wrote a book on Armenian Embassy in Egypt.
As reported, On October 20, a presentation was held in Armenian Foreign Ministry building dedicated to the book.
The book is about the relations between Armenia and Egypt and about the activities of the embassy in general.
The source informs that during the presentation the following speech was made by our MFA, Edward Nalbandian:
“Perch Terzyan is one of those few people who had seen and participated in the development of 2 countries. Nowadays you can see that our Embassy in Egypt is one of the bests in their country, but a lot of difficulties were overcome in order to reach at this point. When I read the book it seemed that I went back and felt all the troubles which were 20 years ago. This book also stresses the role of our community in Egypt which helped us a lot in our difficult times. I want to thank Mr. and Mrs. Terzyans and all the Egyptian-Armenians for their support” said Nalbandian
