During today’s session RA government approved the state budget project of the year 2013. Accordingly, the income of the budget-2013 will be 1.059.1 billion AMD, the expenditures are estimated 1.183.1 billion AMD, deficit is 124.0 billion AMD. The ministry of Finance was ordered to make some editorial changes and present it to the RA government. The head of the staff was told to present the final variant of the budget to the National Assembly.
Minister of Finance Vache Gabrielyan informed that several billion AMD are planned to avoid the problems on passing to the joint income tax. Answering to the PMs question on risky factors, the minister mentioned the non-commercial state organizations, the accountants of which will pass trainings. The PM asked the ministers to concentrate on this issue not to have any problems with salaries in January.
RA government also approved some law-projects on state budget which will be presented to NA, namely the social protection of the disabled, regulation of employment, child rights protection, health projects, scientific and cultural projects, Gyumri renovation project, Sevan ecosystem reconstruction.
