“Hraparak” writes that, in the coming presidential elections, the greatest conspiracy is about the stages of the election. During one of the executive sittings of Republican Party, Serj Sargsyan has stressed that it is necessary to concentrate on one stage using all the resources in that direction.
The opposition has another approach. It is true that, if there is no force major, Qocharyan will not take part in the elections and will fight for the place of Prime-Minister: Anyhow, he directs his resources so that the elections had 2 stages. Serj Sargsyan won with difficulty, and he, as a future president, helped him.
Let us remember that a plot like this was to be realized also in 2008. Well-informed sources of the Republican Party of Armenia reported that Aharon Adibekyan was merely claiming that Serj Sargsyan’s victory will be there after the first stage. Several days before the elections, though, he started persuading the administration of the Republican Party and Serj Sargsyan that having elections of 2 stages is a cleverer and rational policy. The members of the Republican Party understood the real issue and did not give in.
