In 2012 January-July period, RA state budget revenues amounted to 505.6 billion AMD, while expenditures – 516.7 billion AMD, which respectively provided by 76.6% and 72.4% the implementation of the nine-month RA Government’s program. According to the Ministry of Finance, in the framework of State Budget expenditure programs, the full implementation of commitments, set by the public authorities, was provided.
For consolidated accounting of state budget in the actual indicators of state budget are also included relevant turnover of RA state institutions for budgetary accounts, as well as payments made from the state budget without limitation. In particular, the off-budget revenues amounted to 13.7 billion AMD or 75.1% of revenue for nine months, and expenses – 10.5 billion AMD or 51.1% of the nine-month program. Without off-budget State budget revenues amounted to 491.9 billion AMD and expenditures- 506.2 billion AMD, respectively providing 76.7% and 73.1% performance of nine-month program. The annual program indicators of State budget have made 54.4% revenues, and 53% of expenditures.
