Ministry of education and Science reported to “1in.am News and Analysis” that the Minister of Education and Science today on August 28, was present at the meeting of school issues of Ghegarkunik.
The aim of the meeting is to start the school year prepared and discuss problems in the regional schools, to offer solutions to the problems. Reporting the works done during the previous school year, Gegharkunik Region’s head of Education and Culture Department referred to the present problems.
In his speech Ashotyan mentioned that all the textbooks for the junior school students will be provided free of charge.
All regional schools are provided with internet access, there are some problems with the quality of communication. Minister ordered to present the demands of the Ghegharkunik Schools’ “Physics”, “chemistry”, “Biology” subjects’ laboratories. The meeting was attended by the Governor of Gegharkunik region, R. Grigoryan.
