The settlement of Saudi Arabia’s relations with Israel depends on the cessation of the war in Gaza and Israel’s willingness to settle the conflict based on the coexistence of the two states. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced this to journalists in Tel Aviv.
“When I saw Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Saudi Arabia just a few days ago, he reiterated his desire and determination to achieve normalization,” Blinken noted. Bin Salman reiterated that normalization requires two things. “First, there must be calm in Gaza; second, there must be a clear and credible path to the creation of a Palestinian state.”
