At the press conference held after the meeting at the level of foreign ministers of the Ukraine-NATO Council, Jens Stoltenberg, the alliance’s general secretary, announced that NATO and Ukraine have adopted a cooperation plan for 2024, which includes energy security and training of Ukraine’s armed forces.
