“This is a historic budget for historic times.” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this during the 2024 state budget project discussion.
He said the budget is historic, as the revenue more than doubled compared to 2018. The expenditure part of the budget is also folded. “Health care spending, for example, is more than doubling, which means we are doubling access to health care for our citizens, which is one of our most important commitments.”
