Ilham Aliyev’s assistant, Hikmet Hajiyev, and Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Rzayev spoke about the “integration of Karabakh Armenians” during a briefing for diplomats accredited in Azerbaijan.
According to Hajiyev, the socio-economic integration program of Azerbaijan is ready, “The plan was prepared with the relevant authorities. The program for the reintegration of Karabakh Armenians is ready.”
