OSCE Chairman-in-Office Buyar Osmani had separate meetings with Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeihun Bayramov within the framework of the UN Assembly. Osmani emphasized that inclusive and constructive dialogue is the only way to peace.
“The humanitarian needs of the local population must prevail, and military operations must be stopped immediately,” Osmani said on his Twitter account.
