US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken wrote on X, his Twitter microblog: “The United States welcomes the delivery of critical humanitarian supplies to Nagorno-Karabakh through the Lachin Corridor and Aghdam Road. An approach that I discussed with the President of Azerbaijan.
We encourage direct negotiations to increase the flow of humanitarian supplies.”
