Hayk Marutyan, representing the “National Progress” party, presented his proposal to other political forces live on Facebook.
“Since the 4 opposition forces have ideological and political differences, we suggest that we nominate a candidate for mayor; we are talking about me. The other opposition forces should come and vote for me without forming any coalition, without preconditions,” Marutyan said.
The second option is that new city elections will be held if the opposition forces can elect a mayor.
“I reaffirm our position; we exclude cooperation with the kP party,” he added.
