Ali Nagiyev, the head of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan, appealed to the Armenians of Artsakh. According to Azerbaijani media, Nagiyev called on the Armenians of Artsakh to live together.
“We call on the Armenian population to live together. The Azerbaijani state and Azerbaijanis do not want war. Today, we are concerned about the early restoration of settlements and the early return of 750,000 residents to their homes. They were displaced in their homeland,” Ali Nagiyev said.
