Russian President Vladimir Putin is holding talks with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in Sochi.
Lukashenko flew to Russia a day ago, as the Belarusian side reported; the main topics of the meeting will be the international agenda and regional issues, as well as joint efforts in various sectors of the economy, including in the field of import substitution.
