“Suren Papikyan’s non-participation in that event has nothing to do with Armenia-CSTO relations,” said KP faction secretary Artur Hovhannisyan, referring to Defense Minister Suren Papikyan’s non-participation in the session of the CSTO Council of Defense Ministers.
Hovhannisyan said that he does not know the details, but at the same time assured that there is no political comment on this issue, “This is not an attitude towards CSTO,” said Hovhannisyan.
