Matthew Miller, the spokesperson of the US State Department, referred to the Bakhmut operation and the losses on the Russian side in his weekly press conference.
Miller said, “We spoke publicly about 100,000 victims in Bakhmut alone. It is both victims and wounded, but about 100,000.”
