RA Defense Ministry spokesman Aram Torosyan informed Radar Armenia, “The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia did not go to Minsk; he did not participate in the Council of Ministers of Defense meeting of the CSTO.”
So as you know, the Council of CSTO Defense Ministers meeting will be in Minsk.
