Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov referred to the meeting results in the briefing following the tripartite meeting of the RA, RF, and Azerbaijan Foreign Ministers in Moscow. Among other issues, Lavrov stated: “Next week, there will be a meeting of the tripartite group led by the deputy prime ministers (of the Republic of Armenia, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Azerbaijan) on the issues of unblocking transport communications.
We hope that the result will be positive. The parties are already close to a final agreement. With the peace agreement and several articles we discussed today, it was possible to bring the mutual understanding of both sides closer to the shared vision.”
