“Peace does not touch Azerbaijan,” declared Vigen Khachatryan, deputy of the CP faction of the National Assembly, in a briefing with journalists.
According to him, the peace agreement is being developed so that it does not contain any danger of starting war operations, “That’s why the text comes and goes online. We are constantly editing; we see that Azerbaijan is trying to give formulations, the implementation of which can legitimize the force factor.”
Vigen Khachatryan also mentioned that the best way to avoid war is to have an adequately balanced army.
He also stressed that we are dealing with “a very insidious, hostile state possessing great opportunities.”
