
The Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Turkey, Jeyhun Bayramov and Mevlut Cavusoglu, had a telephone conversation. They discussed bilateral and multilateral cooperation issues, and the situation in the South Caucasus, reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
“Foreign ministers discussed bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey, as well as current issues on the agenda within the framework of international organizations,” the MFA said in a statement.
The sides also exchanged ideas on the situation in the South Caucasus region, as well as other issues of mutual interest, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry added.
